Read MoreAlmost three years ago, I transitioned to a new organization and, you guessed it, I now have the option of working remote as needed. I love being able to choose a late morning (7:30), wear slippers all day, or take a walk around the block on my lunch break. There have been plenty of in-person trainings and events to build relationships with colleagues. My role includes travel, so I still get out of the house during the week to go in the field. All in all, my fully-remote days have been a delight.
